Kids First Health Care

Kids First Health Care is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality health care for Adams County children.

Kids First Health Care provides year-round pediatric and adolescent health care services to any child or young adult between the ages of 0 and 21, regardless of financial status, nationality, race, gender or sexual orientation, at the following location:

  • Commerce City Clinic
    4675 E. 69th Ave.
    Commerce City, CO 80022
    Phone: 303.289.1086
    Fax: 303-289-7378

School-based Clinics
School-based health centers bring the doctor’s office to the school, so students avoid health-related absences and get the support they need to succeed in the classroom. Services are designed to identify and address problems early, meet adolescent health needs, and improve academic success.

Due to the school closures, the school-based clinics are currently closed. However, we are offering telehealth appointments by video and phone and on-site visits at our Commerce City clinic and Brighton High School clinic. Patients can still access their patient portal to email with clinic providers and request medication refills. Call 303-289-1086 to get more information or to make an appointment.

Online Enrollment
Kids First Health Care is pleased to offer convenient, quality health care services, such as vaccines and physicals, to Adams City High School, Adams City Middle School, Kearney Middle School, and Lester Arnold High School students at no cost while they are at school.

Don’t forget that Kids First enrollment forms must be completed every year to receive these services. Please call 303-289-1086 or visit kidsfirsthealthcare.org for more information.
